Send us your CV! - Initial interview with the Personnel team
If you have applied directly for a position and your profile seems to be a good fit, we will contact you to start the interview process. We will normally conduct an initial telephone contact and an interview via video call or face-to-face format. At this stage we take the opportunity to tell you more about Foresa and the specific position, and to get to know you better. We may also conduct an interview without an open need. We do this in order to identify interesting profiles with a view to filling future vacancies. - Other interviews and case studies
Throughout the process, different people with different roles in the company can participate so that they can give their opinion about the person being evaluated and so that the decision is as objective as possible. At the same time, you will be able to learn about other chemical job opportunities in Pontevedra, Spain, or in the other locations of the chemical business, as well as experiences that can give you another perspective of a company in the chemical sector.
This includes an interview with the person in charge of the position to be filled, where they will analyse if your profile finally fits the requirements of the position. Take the opportunity to ask questions, this is the best moment! Depending on the profile and the type of vacancy, specific tests may be carried out throughout the process to assess knowledge and key competencies for the position to complete the information gathered. - Feedback
Once the process has been completed and the decision has been made, the Personnel team will contact all the people who have participated in the process so that they can be informed. If you are the chosen person, we will send you a proposal and if you decide to accept it.
