    The personal data provided will be kept as long as the data subject has not withdrawn consent to continue storing their curriculum vitae for future selection processes.<\/p>\n

    In any case, CVs will be deleted one year after they are sent.<\/p>\n

      The purpose of advertising and commercial prospecting is also foreseen, for the maintenance of the commercial relationship between the parties.<\/p>\n

      The personal data provided will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained.<\/p>\n

      If you decide to cancel your personal data, it may be kept in our databases during the periods provided by law to comply with tax and accounting obligations, and will be deleted once those legal or applicable periods have expired.<\/p>\n

      3. What is the legal basis for processing your data?<\/p>\n

      The legal basis for processing your data is the execution of a contract, as well as compliance with a legal obligation of the controller.<\/p>\n

      The communication of offers and promotions that could be of interest to you is based on the legitimate interest of maintaining the commercial relationship between the parties.<\/p>\n

          We process personal data to guarantee the security of the company’s facilities through video recording (video surveillance).<\/p>\n

          We also process data to manage access control.<\/p>\n

          Personal data will be kept for a maximum of the legal periods provided (one month).<\/p>\n

          3. What is the legal basis for processing your data?<\/p>\n

          The legal basis for processing your data is the satisfaction of legitimate interests pursued by the data controller.<\/p>\n

          4. To which recipients will your data be communicated?\nYour data may be communicated to PROTECCION E INTEGRIDAD, S.A (PROINSA), the entity in charge of processing security data, as well as installation and maintenance companies for alarm and access control services.<\/p>\n

          Your personal data will not be transferred to any entity, except those necessary to the Security Forces and Corps due to a legal obligation.<\/p>\n

          No international transfers of personal data are foreseen either.<\/p>\n

          What are your rights when you provide us with your data?<\/h2>\n

          In accordance with applicable regulations on data protection, you have a series of rights in relation to the processing of your personal data.<\/p>\n

          The exercise of these rights will be free of charge for you, except in cases where requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, especially due to their repetitive nature.<\/p>\n

          These rights are as follows:\na. Right to information: You have the right to be informed in a concise, transparent, intelligible, and easily accessible manner, using clear and plain language, about the use and processing of your personal data.<\/p>\n

          b. Right of access: You have the right to request at any time that we confirm whether we are processing your personal data, to provide you with access to them and information about their processing, and to obtain a copy of said data.<\/p>\n

          The copy of your personal data that we provide will be free of charge, although the request for additional copies may be subject to a reasonable fee based on administrative costs.<\/p>\n

          For our part, we may ask you to prove your identity or require further information necessary to manage your request.<\/p>\n

          c. Right to rectification: You have the right to request the rectification of inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete personal data concerning you. You may also request that incomplete personal data be completed, including by means of an additional statement.<\/p>\n

Right to erasure: You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. However, this right is not absolute, so our organization may continue to keep them duly blocked in the cases provided for by applicable regulations.<\/p>\n

          e. Right to restriction of processing: You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, which means that we can continue to store them, but not continue to process them if any of the following conditions are met:<\/p>\n

            f. Right to data portability: You have the right to have your data transmitted to another data controller in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. This right applies when the processing of your personal data is based on consent or on the execution of a contract and such processing is carried out by automated means.<\/p>\n

            g. Right to object: This right allows you to object to the processing of your personal data, including profiling. We will only be unable to fulfill your right when we process your data if we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.<\/p>\n

            h. Right not to be subject to automated decisions, including profiling: This right allows you to not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
